The Challenge & Client Goals

Kintec manages 3 divisions: Corporate, E-commerce, and their subsidiary Walking Mobility Clinics.

 

Our client came to us looking to help them increase their bookings for custom orthotics assessments, bracing ,and footwear fitting appointments at their retail locations, as well as increasing sales and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) for their e-commerce division. 

How We Helped

Our strategy involved the creation of new creative assets that would inform and educate the audience about the solutions and expertise that Kintec offers. For this, we created campaigns for every step of the funnel, using the most relevant interest targeting and also leveraging custom and lookalike audiences for maximum reach and engagement of our target audience.

 

We crafted an engaging message that would identify with people experiencing pain in their feet and joints, caused by injury or lack of proper footwear and orthotics. We consistently highlighted Kintec’s expertise and trajectory to provide social proof and authority. With this in mind we developed engaging creatives for custom orthotics, bracing, and footwear fitting appointments in order to make sure we addressed the demand for each service, while also raising brand awareness. 

 

We also ensured that proper conversion events were set up along with their respective conversion value in order to properly track bookings across all services and so that we could attribute values that would help us measure campaign performance.
